What career prospects are avialiable for a graduate trained as a patient care technican?

I am planning to take a patient care technican program which certify you in nursing assistant, ekg, and phlebotomy and wanted to know what different career opportunities and places i could consider working besides at a hospital and how much do they make?

I’m confused. Would you need those skills outside a clinical setting. It seems as though hospitals, clinics, labs and possibly blood banks would be the only places where those skills would be needed.
