Who do you address a letter to if you’re writing about veteran hospitals?

I need to write to some sort of government figure about veteran hospitals for one of my classes. So, who do I write to? Research, or take a guess. Thanks!

The US Department of Veterans Affairs.
Why do they have you writing to government agencies when they don’t TEACH you anything about the government?
Tell your teachers that I said they’re doing a pi$$ poor job.
There are SIXTEEN departments that handle every aspect of the US government. They are called the president’s cabinet departments. You can find info on all of them through.
